Pamela Kesrouani

Pamela Kesrouani is a Lebanese journalist who has traversed diverse journalistic landscapes, hailing from Beirut, shaping her craft in Paris and Dubai, and presently calling Dubai home. Her journey spans across various realms of journalism, including visual, audio, and electronic platforms.

Commencing her career at France 24, Pamela served as a broadcast journalist, reporter, and news presenter for seven years, cultivating invaluable expertise in television journalism while refining her presentation and editing prowess. Relocating to Dubai in 2015, she embarked on a freelance journalism venture, contributing to numerous digital media platforms. Additionally, Pamela works as a lecturer at the American University in Dubai.

Recently, Pamela embarked on a new chapter, joining the Google News Lab as a teaching fellow for the MENA region. With a focus on television journalism, multi-platform reporting, and the use of digital tools for research and information transmission, Pamela brings a wealth of experience to her role.

Academically, Pamela holds a Master's Degree in Social and Political Science with a specialization in semiotics, media, language, and communication from the Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, as well as a Master's Degree in Media, Information, and Communications from the same institution. Additionally, she possesses a Postgraduate Diploma in Journalism and a Bachelor's Degree in Interpretation and Translation from the Lebanese University.
